Stroller Strides® is a stroller-based fitness program designed for moms with little ones. Mom gets a total body workout that incorporates power walking or running, strength, and toning, plus fun for baby with songs and activities.
Certified fitness instructors offer a variety of fun class formats outdoors.

Stroller Barre® is a Stroller Strides class format that incorporates movements from pilates, ballet and barre methods to provide a unique and effective workout for the pre and postnatal mom. Stroller Barre uses tubing, the stroller and the environment to provide an all-over toning and fat-burning experience.

Strides 360® is an interval style, traveling class (much like Stroller Strides and Stroller Barre). However, the physical promise will be cardiovascular endurance alongside developing speed, agility, and quickness to sprint through life. Bodyweight conditioning will provide recovery and round out the program. It's for mom, with or without kiddo, that is interested in a bit more intensity, but not interested in the transformation we promise with Body Back. The program fits nicely beside Stroller Barre and Stroller Strides to provide our mamas with everything ... cardio, conditioning, and core/calm.

Body Boost: Experience High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) total-body workouts that challenge even the elite athlete. Our safe and effective workouts address the body of the postnatal woman, whether she had her baby six months ago or 20 years ago.




Liberty Military Housing Classes - South County Only

We are open!
Free Stroller Strides classes for Liberty Military moms - South County Only. These classes are outdoors and require a mask at all times. Contact your local housing information center or contact us on our Facebook group. Liberty housing is the main organizer for these classes.
Please sign the online waiver prior to attending class as all participants need to sign the waiver.

Body Well is about the journey, meeting you where you are & challenging you to grow. This 8-week program includes small group fitness coaching, nutritional guidance, recipes + meal planners, community-based workouts, and weekly challenges to help you manage stress and sleep better. Body Well will focus on improving your physical and mental well-being with a community of mamas to support you every step of the way.

RunClub+ $199 Purchase required to enroll

Take your running to the next level with our 8 week guided training program. Whether you’re training for a specific running goal such as
a 5K, 10K, or a half marathon, or simply want the support and structure of a run-training program, we provide at-home and in-person
opportunities to train, learn and improve. Included in the 8 weeks are tips for getting started, detailed training plans for a variety of
distances or general running (running and cross-training), as well as nutrition tips for fueling during training. Each week, you’ll receive
email support, accountability and progress check ins from your Run Club Coach.
